Ingredients:
18 servings mashed potato
4-5 lbs. Sausage (not links, just ground up)
For each lb. sausage, 1 big apple, and 1 large onion
Method:
In frying pans cook the sausage well - 20 minutes
Cut up the apples and onions
Drain off the fat (w/ basting dropper)
Brown the onions separately (in same frying pan as sausage)
Mix all together. Brown in oven, or put into bird.
Bob uses ground turkey instead of pork sausage, adding
pepper, salt, cinnamon: 1 1/2 tbsp of each.
